    Description

    Individuals coping with fatigue, tiredness and low energy levels, without an underlying medical cause, may be suffering from a lack of vitamins and minerals (micronutrients). Young people, often women, with an active life style, who often choose unhealthy foods or are on a diet, usually run the highest risk of vitamin and mineral shortages.
    Athletes doing aesthetic sports (e.g. gymnastics, diving, figure skating, etc.) or sports with weight categories (e.g. judo) are often at risk because they regularly restrict their food intake. It is also a known fact that intensive exercise in general can cause a lack of vitamins and minerals, due to a loss of minerals through sweating, urine, faeces and an increased turnover in active tissues.
    Athletes put high demands on their body and can therefore benefit from taking multivitamins and mineral supplements in periods of fatigue, dieting, disease, recover after injury or medically established lacks of vitamins and minerals. People on a vegetarian diet often have iron, calcium, zinc, vit. D, vit. B2, vit. B12 shortages. Vitamins and minerals are required for a whole range of essential chemical reactions: energy metabolism, cell growth and recovery, protection against damage caused by free radicals, nerve and muscle function.
    Multimax is a broad spectrum multivitamin preparation complemented with lots of minerals.
    All minerals in Etixx Multimax are amino acid chelated (AA; amino acid). The advantage is that the minerals are better absorbed. This well-balanced supplement supports the physical fitness, promotes mental fitness, assists the anti-oxidative system and is a source of iron. It cannot be used to replace a varied, balanced and healthy diet, but it can be an addition to it.

    In view of the high demands placed on their body, athletes regularly need extra vitamins and minerals. The multivitamin supplement is therefore suitable for all athletes as a daily addition to their vitamin and mineral intake.
    Instructions
    1 tablet per day, preferably at breakfast, during 4 weeks.
    Definitely recommended in periods of tiredness, diet, disease, recovery after injury or when shortages have been medically established, to support a healthy diet.
