Stages of Transcriptomics
Total RNA is first isolated from a sample, then library preparation may involve such steps as poly-A-based mRNA enrichment or ribosomal depletion for specific regions. The final step in the process involves PCR amplification and adapter ligation which result in an assembling line of code containing all three species: mRNA transcriptions made by transcribing one strand into another; noncoding RNAs not found within protein-coding genes but instead located elsewhere on DNA molecules (for example rRNA); coding proteins themselves translated directly out through translation machinery powered solely through amino acids entering cells according to optimal encoding instructions stored internally within each cell’s blueprint.
Our diverse capabilities and strict quality control allow us to deliver successful results for your project. We're happy to discuss suitable strategies with you, including library preparation or sequencing!>
