Agilent 6410 Triple Quadrupole LC-MS/MS
The Agilent 6410 Triple Quadrupole LCMS has three high-performance liquid chromatography columns and a Turbo II triple quadrupole mass spectrometer that provides accurately measured compound amounts with low resolution, making this an ideal tool to help analyze the most minute details when looking at chemical reactions taking place within your body!
This LCMS has everything you need for analysis! It combines the separation power of HPLC with high sensitivity and selectivity. This means it can target molecules in samples that are not easily split by other methods, such as tissue homogenates or bloodwork from an individual sample site (such as finger prick). The MMI source provides both ESI-based gas phase ionization capabilities along side atmospheric pressure chemical Ionization (API) systems which results into better markers being detected due its increased ability at producing sharper peaks compared to single technique quadrupole moment modes found on most instruments.

Oxford Nanopore sequencing is a powerful tools for studying genomes. It can provide long read sequencing, which is helpful for applications such as de novo genome assembly, detection of structural variation, and phasing of variants.
